Delivery and Returns

Items ordered from Hi Style Salon will be delivered as soon as possible via the requested delivery service.

Delivery to UK mainland only. We aim to ensure all orders are delivered within 7 working days. All goods are subject to availability, if we are unable to supply your goods within 14 days we will inform you as quickly as possible and advise of an expected delivery date.

Delivery and charges

Orders under £25 – flat rate £2.95 per order.

All orders over £25 qualify for free delivery.

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail.

Out of stock or discontinued items

Whilst we hold considerable stocks it may be on occasion that your chosen item is out of stock. If a particular item is out of stock at the time of ordering we make every effort to advise you upon receipt of your order.

Occasionally some items may be discontinued without prior notification by the manufacturer. In the unlikely event of this occurring, Hi Style Salon will advise you of the situation and react according to your instruction.Hi Style Salon accepts no liability for damage of goods or property caused by our selected delivery method.
Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return these in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. Hi Style Salon does not accept responsibility for returned items going missing.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us, Hi Style Salon, of your decision to cancel this contract by emailing with the subject line: ONLINE SHOP RETURN and your order number,

To meet the cancellation deadline, you only need to email us as above before the cancellation period expires.

This does not apply in the case of faulty goods

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract before the dispatch of your goods, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of any unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –

14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Failed Deliveries

If your order is unable to be delivered by our chosen delivery method, they will advise of this by leaving a card through your door. In the unlikely event that the order is returned to ourselves, there will be additional delivery charges incurred for this to be re-sent, we will advise of these charges if the circumstance arises.
